Cancel a subscription

Open your account, choose Manage billing and cancel the subscription in Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep Practitioner access until that date and will not be charged again.

Cooling-off and refunds

If consumer cancellation law gives you a cooling-off right, contact team@theuxologist.com within the applicable period. Practitioner access begins immediately at your request, so the refund rules may take account of the digital service already supplied. We will apply the law that applies to your purchase and explain the outcome.

If you made a duplicate payment, believe a payment was unauthorised, or cannot use a feature you paid for, contact us at the same address. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including rights where a service is faulty or materially unavailable.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and ask you to update your payment method. Practitioner access may end if the subscription is not brought up to date. Your free account and material that remains eligible for the free plan will continue to be available.
